The State Duma proposed to provide installment payment for heating for a number of citizens

Dmitry Gusev, a State Duma deputy from the Fair Russia faction, proposed paying for heating by installments for pensioners and large families. An appeal with a corresponding proposal addressed to Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin became available on February 5.

"We propose to consider the expediency of making changes in order to establish the possibility of providing installment payments for utilities for heating when it is paid during the heating period for up to six months in proportion for each month of the heating season for pensioners and large families," the letter says, studied by RIA Novosti.

It is noted that Russians of these categories of citizens can waive this right and pay for heating without restrictions.
