In the Tambov region, at the Kochetovka station, after the train derailment, 16 tanks were ignited, 11 of which contained gasoline, and the remaining five contained gas. This was announced on February 4 by the governor of the region Evgeny Pervyshov in the Telegram channel.
"According to updated information at the moment, as a result of the incident at the Kochetovka station in Michurinsk, 11 gasoline tanks and five gas tanks caught fire," he said.
