The US-Iran talks in Oman scheduled for Friday have been cancelled. This was reported on February 4 by Axios, citing American officials.
"The United States has told Iran that it will not agree with Tehran's demands to change the venue and format of the talks," the publication says.
According to the portal, the United States has told Iran that if it is ready to return to the original format, Washington may hold a meeting this week or next.
