- Quarantine for animal rabies was introduced in two more villages of the Tyumen region.
In the Tyumen region, animal rabies quarantine was introduced in part of the village of Masali in the Uporovsky district and the village of Kiev in the Yalutorovsky district. The information center of the government of the region reports about this in its Telegram channel.
Since February 4, fairs, exhibitions and other events involving the sale, movement or accumulation of animals have been prohibited in disadvantaged areas. There is also a ban on the export and capture of susceptible animals, including wild ones.
According to the <url> news agency, rabies quarantine was also introduced the day before in the village of Perevalovo, located 20 km from Tyumen. Since January 21, rabies quarantine has also been in effect in Yalutorovsk. Even earlier, partial restrictions were introduced in the Uporovsky, Kazan and Isetsky districts.
