A court in Moscow arrested a BMW owner for five days for refusing to remove the tinting

The Dorogomilovsky district court of Moscow arrested the owner of a BMW X7 car for five days, who refused to comply with the policeman's demand and remove the tinting from the car. This was announced on February 4 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"By a decision of the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow, a penalty was imposed <...> in the form of administrative arrest for a period of five days for the owner of a BMW X7 car, who refused to comply with a policeman's demand to eliminate violations of the rules of tinting windows," the Telegram channel of the authorities says.

It is noted that the decision was made on the basis of Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for administrative arrest or a fine for disobeying a police officer.
