Klitschko complained about the lack of gratitude from Kiev for the good weather
On February 4, Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko complained that he was only scolded when the weather was bad in the city, but no one thanked him for the good days.
"The mayor is scolded when it snows, rains and the wind blows, and when the sky is clear and the weather is good, no one says thank you to the mayor," Klitschko said, an excerpt of his speech is published by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".
The publication noted that the mayor made such a statement in connection with numerous complaints from citizens about the ice.
On January 19, it was reported that Kiev was returning to medieval conditions due to the crisis in the communal sector. Residents complain about frozen food at fairs, high prices and the dilapidated state of public infrastructure, including ruptured pipes, flooded parking lots and non-functioning heating systems.
