A new basic textbook on basic military training has been developed for Russian educational institutions, sports and military-patriotic clubs. The publication was prepared by the Synergy University and DOSAAF of Russia with the participation of the Avangard Center for Military-Patriotic Education.

As representatives of the organizations, the State Duma of the Russian Federation and experts told at a press conference in the Izvestia News Center, a team of authors was engaged in the development of materials for the manual, which included specialists in physical, medical and combat training, including participants in their own.

"The purpose of our textbook on basic military training is to instill in young people a keen interest in the subject and to convey important knowledge in an accessible format. This will allow students to gain a systematic understanding of the main areas of NVP in a visual form. The textbook will be a great help for teachers and will increase the effectiveness of the educational process," said Vadim Lobov, President of the Synergy Corporation.

It is planned to launch the implementation of the textbook in a pilot format in six regions of the country: Moscow, Altai Territory, Altai Republic, Volgograd, Kemerovo and Novosibirsk regions.

"Our training manual is designed to teach young people how to work with modern military technologies. In particular, a separate section is devoted to the basic principles of drone control. In addition, the authors paid great attention to the history of the outstanding exploits of the defenders of the Fatherland," stated Denis Dobryakov, Chairman of the DOSAAF of Russia.

Avangard experts will train instructors who will conduct basic military training courses. "The advantage of the Avangard Center is its deep expert base, which is based on a symbiosis of practical experience, modern educational standards and techniques. This allows young people to form a holistic perception of basic military training," said Daria Borisova, director of the Avangard Center for Military and Patriotic Education of Youth.
