On February 4, rock musician Valery Kipelov, the leader of the Kipelov group, shared that he hopes to play a full concert with his fans on his next tour in Belgorod.

"We, the Kipelov group, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your courage, for your perseverance, for that concert where you showed yourself to the fullest, showed your civic position. <...> I hope that next time we come, we will play a full concert and sing it together with by you," he said.

Kipelov wished the residents of Belgorod a peaceful sky, good luck and to avoid all troubles.

On the same day, Kipelov said that his band experienced real unity with the residents of Belgorod who came to the concert when the electricity was turned off in the city and the band continued performing in the dark. Earlier, the Kipelov group continued to perform in Belgorod, despite the blackout. People stayed to sing along with the artists. The concert continued without speakers and microphones in a chamber atmosphere.

Alexander Manyakin, the drummer of the Kipelov band, said that the power outage in Belgorod during the concert did not prevent the musicians from performing a high-quality performance. He noted that different situations happen and there is "nothing special" about turning off the lights for performances.
