Stavropol has created a chatbot for complaints about electric scooters
Stavropol has created a special chatbot to regulate the movement of electric scooters. It is designed to receive complaints about scooters left in the middle of the sidewalk, as well as violators of the rules.
"We continue to work out various mechanisms for regulating the activities of companies in order to streamline the use of SIM cards and protect citizens," said Ivan Ulyanchenko, the mayor of the city.
The Association of Micromobility Operators has developed a tool for feedback from citizens. The bot is the next step in SIM regulation after the introduction of 578 fixed parking spaces in 2025.
According to the StavropolMedia news agency, the virtual assistant will allow you to centrally collect information about problems. The initiative was supported by the Civic Chamber of the city.
Earlier it was reported that the State Duma is working on further regulation of electric scooter riding. The deputies, in particular, call for the introduction of CTP for SIM drivers and the creation of special riding zones in the regions.
All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
