Hackers reported on the service of journalist Sharafmal in the information department of the GUR of Ukraine

Ukrainian journalist Fakhrudin Sharafmal (listed in the Russian Federation as a terrorist and extremist), who called for the murder of Russians, serves in the department of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which is engaged in information operations. This was reported to Izvestia on February 4 by the hacker group Beregini.

According to their information, other mobilized Ukrainian journalists and bloggers are also serving in military unit A0515-B. According to the group, the unit is headed by the press secretary of the GUR, Andrei Yusov.

"Now this journalist is serving as a specialist of the 3rd category in one of the departments of military unit A0515-B. And in order to leave the Kiev garrison, soldier Fakhrudin Sharafmal writes a report addressed to the commander of the military unit, Captain Andrei Yusov," the hackers reported.

According to the group's Telegram channel, the unit is secret and, among other things, engages, for example, in recruiting foreign mercenaries to work in the GUR.

On July 26, 2024, in Moscow, Fakhrudin Sharafmal was sentenced to seven years in a penal colony. It is specified that from February to March 2022, as a TV presenter, he addressed the audience with a speech forming a hostile attitude towards Russians. He is currently on the wanted list.
