Educational institutions in Ivnyansky, Rakityansky, Krasnoyaruzhsky, Borisovsky, Grayvoronsky, Shebekinsky, Belgorod, Prokhorovsky, Korochansky and Yakovlevsky districts will continue their distance learning. Kindergartens in these areas operate in the mode of duty groups.

Schools and kindergartens in Belgorod itself continue to operate full-time, but parents can leave their children at home by notifying classroom teachers. Gladkov also noted that emergency crews of public utilities continue to restore power supply, and short-term outages are possible during the day.
