In 2010, singer Larisa Dolina acquired a mortgage on an apartment in the Latvian resort town of Jurmala. This became known from the documents on February 4.

It is noted that the area of the property is 123.9 sq. m. The house in which the apartment is located stands on the shore of the Gulf of Riga. Currently, the cost of living space is about 27.4 million rubles, RIA Novosti found out.

At the same time, in 2024, the singer's assets in Latvia were frozen. The reason was that the artist was included in the sanctions list of the European Union (EU).

At the end of December, the Moscow City Court ordered the singer to vacate the elite living space.

On February 1, Dolina announced that she was forced to rent an apartment, as she did not have enough funds to buy new real estate. She did not tell me which neighborhood she currently lives in, but noted that it is a good one.

Lawyer Gennady Kuzmin said on January 29 that Dolina may lose her real estate in Latvia due to a new law that has been in force in the country since January. According to the new Latvian regulation, the debt accumulated by the apartment owner is recorded on the property, not on the owner. In this regard, Dolina, who has two apartments in Jurmala worth about 95 million rubles, may face problems.
