"It is strictly forbidden to store flammable and explosive substances. These include household flammable liquids (gasoline, kerosene), cylinders with flammable gases, gunpowder and pyrotechnic products," the lawyer noted.
According to Borzenko, objects and substances that pose chemical, biological or radiation hazards, such as concentrated acids and alkalis, potent pesticides, insecticides, mercury and poisons, should also not be stored at home.
You need to be careful about storing weapons. It is necessary to register not only weapons, but also ammunition for them. Violation of this basic requirement becomes a direct ground for eviction.
They can also be evicted for non-compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards.
"For example, the storage of large volumes of flammable garbage, rotting waste or other items that lead to unsanitary conditions, persistent odors and the spread of insects. Such actions can be qualified as mismanagement of housing or a direct violation of the rights of neighbors," the lawyer explained.
Violation of sanitary and epidemiological norms leads first to administrative responsibility, and then to civil law.
Violations of certain requirements are often recorded by the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Rospotrebnadzor. A violation is often recorded as the cause of an incident.
