The Federation Council reported on mass protests in Ukraine

There are periodic mass protests in Ukraine in connection with problems in the economy and social sphere. This was announced on February 4 by Natalia Nikonorova, Senator from the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).

"We know about big problems in the economic sphere, in particular, the state budget has long burst at the seams, in the social sphere, as well as the confrontation of Ukrainians with the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine), provoked by forced mobilization," the senator said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

It is noted that many demonstrations are also related to the problem in the country's energy sector.
