Forecaster Shuvalov named the regions with the expected sharp temperature drop

In the Rostov and Voronezh regions, after frosts and temperatures of -25 degrees, a sharp warming to positive values is expected. This was announced on February 4 by Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center.

"In the near future, there will be a very strong temperature drop in Rostov-on-Don, in the Voronezh Region, where, after 25-degree frosts, temperatures will rise to positive values by the weekend," Shuvalov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
