Estonia announced the detention of a container ship

Estonia conducted an operation to detain a container ship flying the flag of the Bahamas, which was allegedly en route from Ecuador. This was reported on February 3 by the Estonian National Television and Radio Broadcasting (ERR).

"The investigative Department of the Tax and Customs Department (NTD), together with the police and the Estonian navy, during a joint operation, detained a Bahamian-flagged container ship in the inland waters of the Republic of Estonia, which may be linked to smuggling from Ecuador," the report says.
