The construction of a plant for translucent structures and modular facades has been completed in Zelenograd as part of a large-scale investment project. This was announced on Tuesday, February 3, by the press service of the Moscow Urban Planning and Construction Complex.
Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor for Urban Planning and Construction, noted that an industrial and construction cluster is being formed in the Savelka area: it will include four facilities, and the city has provided the investor with about 17 hectares of land at a discounted rate of 1 ruble per year for the project, Moscow 24 writes. About 3.5 hectares were allocated directly for the plant in 2022, the website says. kp.ru .
Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry, stressed that on behalf of the Mayor of Moscow, the city supports the development of modern industrial infrastructure. According to him, the new site will allow to accommodate enterprises of the construction industry and create more than 140 high-tech jobs, writes NSN.
It is specified that one of the enterprises will produce window, door and facade systems made of glass and aluminum, the other will assemble modular facades using prefab technology. Anton Slobodchikov, Chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor, said that the construction was under constant control, and following the inspections, the facility received a permit for commissioning. The total area of the plant is almost 17 thousand square meters, according to the Moscow City News agency.
It is also noted that the surrounding area has been landscaped: driveways and parking lots have been arranged, landscaping has been carried out and small architectural forms have been installed.
