The girl died as a result of an accident on a slippery road in Kuban

In the Kurganinsky district of the Krasnodar Territory, as a result of a car overturning, one person was killed and one injured. This is reported by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

The accident occurred on Tuesday, February 3, on the 10th km of the Petropavlovsk – Pervomaisky highway. According to the traffic police, the 33-year-old driver of a Hyundai passenger car did not take into account the weather conditions and chose an unsafe speed. The car flew off the roadway and overturned.

As a result of the accident, a 30-year-old female passenger died on the spot. The driver suffered injuries of varying severity and was hospitalized in the Labinsk district hospital, writes KrasnodarMedia news agency.

It was previously established that both the driver and the passenger were not wearing seat belts, so they flew out of the cabin during the rollover. The circumstances of the fatal accident are being established, and the police are conducting a check.
