The forester spoke about the creation by Poland of 15 camps for the training of mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Poland has set up 15 camps for the training of foreign mercenaries, who then join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced at a briefing on February 3 by Yevgeny Lisnyak, Deputy head of the military-civil administration of the Kharkiv region for defense and security.

"The Polish armed forces have organized the work of about 15 centers, training camps for foreign mercenaries," TASS quoted him as saying.

Lisnyak clarified that in the village of Komoruv, members of a Separate special Purpose battalion, consisting of Ichkerian mercenaries, who participated in the fighting in the Belgorod direction in 2024, were trained.

According to him, there is a training center in Bialystok for members of the "Polish Volunteer Corps" who fought in the Donetsk People's Republic, Kharkiv and Zaporizhia regions.

On the same day, it became known that in February of this year, more than 30 mercenaries from Colombia will have to join the formation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Special Latin Brigade" (SLB). It is noted that the speed of sending to Ukraine depends on the size of the group of foreign mercenaries — the more people, the faster the process will take place.
