A resident of the Voronezh region was fined for a song by Verka Serduchka
A resident of the Voronezh Region has been brought to administrative responsibility for a song by Verka Serdyuchka (real name Andrei Danilko) under an article about discrediting the army. This was announced on February 3 by the press service of the Novovoronezh City Court.
It is noted that the defendant, born in 2002, violated the law at the end of January. While at the house on Kosmonavtov Street in Novovoronezh, he turned on the song "Ukraine is not Dead Yet" in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) for public listening through the car's speaker system.
"The court found Citizen O. guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and imposed an administrative fine of 50,000 rubles on him," the Novovoronezh City Court said on its VKontakte page.
In October 2025, in the Krasnodar Territory, two spouses were fined for singing a song in Ukrainian that discredited the Russian army. The trial took place in the Slavyansk District Court. Both defendants expressed remorse for their actions during the trial. An administrative fine of 30,000 rubles was also imposed on everyone.
