A Ukrainian FPV drone hit a tanker truck on the Donetsk Ring Road
The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked a tanker truck on the Donetsk Ring Road with an FPV drone. Footage of the aftermath of the attack on February 3 is published by Izvestia.
As correspondent Evgeny Bykovsky noted, the highway to Gorlovka runs literally 500 m from the impact site. However, until recently, these places were considered safe. The burnt-out tanker truck was left standing on the road. The cabin of the heavy truck, which is lying on the ground, has completely burned out.
"It is about 50 km from here to the line of contact, and Ukrainian FPV drones have not reached here for more than three months. And here we are, the "Bulat" (a detector for detecting a drone) does not stop beeping. — ed.) on both Maviki and FPV. Most likely, these roads have become dangerous for movement again," Bykovsky said.
Both roads are used by a large number of people for transportation, so locals should think about their safety again.
"The burnt-out tanker truck is another reminder of that. This is the second strike in the last three days. Before that, a truck was hit here," the correspondent added.
On the same day, the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, reported that in the Sevsky district of the region, Ukrainian forces attacked the village of Podyvotye with the help of kamikaze drones. After hitting the territory of the Miratorg agro-industrial holding (APH), the driver of the agricultural enterprise suffered a mine explosion injury and shrapnel wounds.
