Sobyanin spoke about the construction of a high-tech house-building factory

Construction of a large house-building factory has begun in the TiNAO, which will combine several high-tech industries at once, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his channel in the MAX messenger. The new factory will create about 500 additional jobs for the capital.

"The facility is being built at the expense of the investor with the support of the city — in 2024, a four-hectare site was provided at a discounted rate of one ruble per year for the entire period of the project. The lease agreement is concluded for five years, the city controls the fulfillment of obligations at all stages," explained the mayor of the capital.

The factory will consist of an industrial building and a three-storey administrative building, which will be combined into a single architectural space. It is planned to produce reinforced concrete structures for apartment buildings, aluminum-wood windows, various functional elements for interior decoration, as well as facades made of architectural concrete.
