There are no abnormal frosts in Moscow, and the temperature in the capital is normal for the beginning of February. This was announced on February 3 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"We do not observe any abnormal frosts in Moscow. It's the usual winter frosts in Moscow. <...> The usual temperature for early February," he said at a briefing.
