The Russian delegation to Abu Dhabi, as last time, will be headed by the Head of the Main Directorate of the General Staff (GRU) of the Russian Armed Forces, Admiral Igor Kostyukov. This was announced on February 3 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, the delegation will consist of the same participants as last time.
"It will be headed by Kostyukov," Peskov said at a briefing.
