Naro-Fominsk City Court of the Moscow region will announce the materials of the robbery case involving rapper Goof (real name — Alexey Dolmatov) in closed session. This was reported on February 3 by a correspondent of Izvestia.
The artist's lawyer stated that otherwise family secrets could be disclosed to a wide range of people, as well as information that could discredit the honor and dignity of the rapper. The prosecutor supported the motion.
The victim in the case and his representative could not attend the meeting, the man expressed a desire to participate in another hearing.
On January 14, it was reported that Gufu had been given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the robbery case. Then the defendant pleaded not guilty and did not agree with the charges.
The incident involving Dolmatov occurred on October 23, 2024 in the premises of a bathing and recreation complex in the Naro-Fominsk city district near Moscow. Dolmatov and his friend Gevorg Sarukhanyan got into a conflict with a man and stole his mobile phone. At the same time, Sarukhanyan twisted the victim, and the rapper threatened him and hit the man in the face several times.
It was clarified that a criminal case had been opened under paragraphs "a, d" of Part 2 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Robbery, that is, open theft of other people's property, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement, using violence that is not dangerous to life and health, and with the threat of such violence"). He faces up to seven years in prison, and besides Gufa, Sarukhanyan was also involved. Then the court ordered the musician to ban certain actions.
