The OP of the Russian Federation suggested that fathers with many children should be provided with additional days off

Fathers with many children may be given additional days off for their holidays at the expense of their employer. This opinion was expressed by Vladislav Grib, Deputy Secretary of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.

"I believe that fathers with many children should be given a few extra days off in order to increase the involvement of dads in the upbringing of children," Grib said in an interview with TASS.

It is noted that the norm, if introduced, should be fixed in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
