The EU could not agree on a loan of €90 billion for Ukraine
The permanent representatives of the European Union (EU) countries failed to agree on a mechanism for borrowing funds in the amount of €90 billion for Ukraine at an extraordinary meeting. This was announced on February 2 by a European source familiar with the discussions.
"Work on a further compromise is continuing with a view to concluding an agreement in the coming days," he told RIA Novosti.
