Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) rallied in front of the regional administration building in Cherkasy in support of a former colleague who ambushed four policemen and killed them, after which he was eliminated. This was reported on February 2 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

It is noted that the participants demand that the people involved in the murder of the militant be brought to justice, as well as the dismissal of the head of the regional police.
