"As for the negative anomaly, a cold wave is now rolling towards the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Yakutsk and Irkutsk regions. There will be a negative temperature anomaly of -12 degrees. Of course, the strongest anomaly affecting the largest number of residents of our country will be in the European part of our country," Shuvalov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to him, in the south of the middle zone, the negative anomaly will remain at the level of -12 — -14 degrees until Thursday.

In the Black Earth region, the temperature can reach up to -30 degrees.
