Trump denied information about his visit to Epstein Island
On February 2, US President Donald Trump said that he had never visited the island of financier Jeffrey Epstein, unlike "almost all" Democrats.
"I've never been to Epstein's Island, but almost all of these crazy Democrats and their donors have been there," he wrote on the Truth Social network.
Trump also accused Epstein and writer Michael Wolff of conspiring to harm him and his presidency, citing information recently released by the U.S. Department of Justice.
Trump added that he intends to sue some representatives of the radical left, who, according to him, hoped to compromise him.
Epstein's files began to be published on December 20, 2025, after Trump signed a bill on November 19 of the same year to make them public, although the first part of the documents, containing the names of more than 150 people involved in the financier's case, was published in January 2024.
Later, on January 8, 2025, it became known that the declassified materials mentioned Russian girls who had not reached the age of majority. According to information from the website of the US Department of Justice, one of the parties on the financier's yacht was attended by a 15-year-old girl from Russia, and the other was already attended by a 16-year-old Russian woman.
On January 30, The Daily Telegraph learned about the references to Bill Gates in the Epstein case, whose representative later denied information about the sexually transmitted disease (STD) received by the entrepreneur at Epstein's villa.
