AvtoVAZ has adjusted the price list of the Lada Niva Legend SUV, the car of the 2026 model year has increased in price by 18 thousand rubles. Since 2021, Lada Niva Legend has been produced in a simplified version without airbags and the ERA-GLONASS system due to a shortage of some components. The government allowed automakers to produce cars without a number of safety systems, with the condition that they be retrofitted later.

In September last year, Rosstandart announced the recall of 23,000 Lada Niva family vehicles for the installation of an emergency call system control unit and an airbag inflator control unit.

Currently, the recommended retail price of the classic Niva varies from 1.1 million to 1.26 million rubles. The model is offered in four levels of equipment.
