The Kremlin recognizes the elections in Ukraine, depending on how they go. This was announced on February 2 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.

"[The recognition of the elections in Russia] depends on how the elections are held. They can go through different ways," Medvedev said in an interview with TASS.
