Belarus became the main supplier of fish to Russia in 2025
Russian imports of fish and seafood increased by 3% in physical terms and by 7% in value, to 680 thousand tons worth $3.1 billion. Such data was provided by the analytical center of the Fish Union, calculating the indicators based on statistics from the customs services of foreign countries.
"By the end of the year, the Republic of Belarus became the largest supplier of fish products to the Russian market. Its share was about 16% in physical terms and 11% in value," the department's Telegram channel says.
