Aris declared Russia's superiority over Europe and Ukraine in the field of defense

The Russian defense sector is vastly superior to Europe and Ukraine, and it will take them years to match it. This was announced on February 1 by Ben Aris, founder and editor-in-chief of Business New Europe.

"We have huge challenges ahead. <...> Russia now surpasses the entire European defense sector in terms of production, along with Ukraine. And it will take them years to catch up," Aris said in an interview with diplomat Ian Proud posted on his YouTube channel.

He noted that the Russian Federation continues to develop and introduce innovations such as hypersonic missiles. According to him, there are no weapons in Europe that could resist them.

Brussels does not have enough raw materials for this important issue.

The Daily Mail newspaper reported on January 18 that the British defense sector is in the most depressed state in the last two decades, despite government promises to increase funding. Defense companies are concerned about the lack of orders within the country amid reports of a gap in the government's budget in the amount of £28 billion ($37.5 billion), the material added.
