South Korean car manufacturer Hyundai Motor has not exercised the right to buy out its former manufacturing plant in Russia. This was reported on February 2 by the Reuters news agency with reference to the company's message.

It is clarified that despite this, the company plans to continue to repair previously sold cars under warranty and provide customer service.
