Monthly cash payments to people with disabilities, combat veterans and heroes of labor of the USSR and Russia will be indexed by 5.6%. This is evidenced by the resolution "On approval of the coefficient of indexation of payments, allowances and compensations in 2026", published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

Thus, people with disabilities of the first group will receive a monthly payment of 6,157.22 rubles, the second group and children with disabilities — 4,397.23 rubles, and the third — 3,520.01 rubles.

Combat veterans will receive payments in the amount of 4,838.66 rubles, and the Heroes of Labor of the USSR and Russia will begin to receive payments of up to 103,693.16 rubles.

Indexation of social benefits in February 2026: who will be increased and by how much

The indexation will affect families with children, pensioners, the disabled and other beneficiaries.

On January 31, State Duma deputy and LDPR Party member Kaplan Panes announced that social pensions in Russia will be indexed by 6.8% starting from April 1. The MP noted that the real increase for recipients of social pensions would be more noticeable than if it corresponded to the actual inflation rate.
