Air defense forces destroyed one Ukrainian drone over the Voronezh region

Air defense systems prevented the attack of one unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) above the Rossoshansky district of the Voronezh region. This was announced on February 1 by the governor of the region, Alexander Gusev.

"An unmanned aerial vehicle was detected and destroyed by the air defense forces on duty in the sky over one of the regions of the region," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.

It is specified that there were no casualties or infrastructure damage.

On January 31, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the air defense forces destroyed 41 Ukrainian UAVs over the regions of Russia in three hours. It was clarified that 13 drones were shot down over the Bryansk region, nine over the Kursk region, seven over the Belgorod region, five over the Kaluga Region, four over the Orel region, two over the Lipetsk Region and one over the Voronezh Region.
