In Ukraine and Moldova, the level of Internet connection has dropped sharply. This was announced on January 31 by the international Internet monitoring service NetBlocks.

"The indicators indicate a decrease in the level of Internet connection in Ukraine, which also affected Moldova," the publication says in X.
