Water supply to all districts of Kiev has been stopped amid a blackout. This was announced by Kyivvodokanal on January 31.

"Due to the accident in the power system, there is no water supply in all districts of Kiev," the agency said on its Facebook page (banned in the Russian Federation; owned by Meta Corporation, recognized in Russia as an extremist organization).
