A fire in a private sauna in Prokopyevsk, Kemerovo region, which killed five teenagers, was completely extinguished by emergency workers. This was reported on January 31 in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Kemerovo region — Kuzbass.

"Employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations eliminated a fire in Prokopyevsk. The fire area was 70 m2 and 15 linear meters of boiler room cable products," the report says.

It is noted that 41 specialists and 13 pieces of equipment took part in the elimination of the fire.

On the same day, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kemerovo region reported the death of five people in a fire that occurred in a private sauna in the city of Prokopyevsk. It was clarified that one girl managed to run out of the building. At the same time, one or two people are missing. A criminal case has been opened into the incident under Part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life or health of consumers").
