Special Envoy of the President of the United States Steve Witkoff said that his talks with Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, were productive. This was reported by the Reuters news agency on January 31.
