A group of deputies of the State Duma (State Duma) will introduce a bill on a lifetime ban on entry into the Russian Federation for foreigners with a criminal record for serious and especially serious crimes. This became known on January 31.
"The draft law proposes to establish a lifetime ban on entry to foreign citizens and stateless persons who have both an outstanding or outstanding criminal record for serious or especially serious crimes," RIA Novosti news agency quotes the text of the explanatory note.
