As part of the "Winter in Moscow", public advisers held hundreds of patriotic actions.

In the first two months of winter, Moscow's public advisers organized a series of New Year's patriotic and charity events in support of participants in the special military operation, their families, and residents of new regions of Russia. The events were held in each district of the capital as part of the "Winter in Moscow" project, said Marina Prozorova, Deputy head of the Department of Territorial Executive Authorities of Moscow.

"On the eve of the New Year and during the holidays, the advisers held hundreds of kind actions: they collected humanitarian aid, handed over warm clothes, sweet gifts and greeting cards to the front and to the frontline regions," Prozorova said.

The Christmas Fairy Tale campaign was held in the Northeastern District from January 5 to 12. The townspeople collected more than three tons of humanitarian aid: winter clothes, medicines, sweets. Parcels were sent to the front line, as well as to hospitals in the Belgorod region and the Lugansk People's Republic.

In the Troitsk and Novomoskovsk districts, they also collected things and New Year's treats for the participants of their educational institutions and children from orphanages. Thus, residents of the Kommunarka district handed over more than 150 New Year's gifts to the Alchevsk Spiritual Hospital and the Lugansk Republican Orphanage.

In addition, the public advisers visited the families of the participants in the special military operation and arranged small New Year's performances for the children.

Public advisers are active Muscovites who have been involved in the life of the city for more than 10 years: they help neighbors, conduct creative workshops, sports classes, group tours and are engaged in charity work.

As part of the "Winter in Moscow" project, various cultural, educational and sports events are held in the city, as well as patriotic and charity events.
