Some facilities in Murmansk and Severomorsk were again without electricity due to damage to power transmission lines. This was announced on January 31 by the Governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis.

"A power outage has been recorded on a section of the power line with temporary supports. The supports themselves are not damaged. Currently, part of the facilities in Murmansk and the city of Severomorsk are disconnected from the power supply," the governor wrote on the Telegram channel.
