Russia's security is the best guarantee of security for Ukraine. This was announced on January 31 by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko.

"Everyone says that it is necessary to provide security guarantees to Ukraine. <...> Although it is absolutely clear to anyone that the best guarantee of Ukraine's security is a firm guarantee of Russia's security," Grushko said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
