Russians looking for a part-time job should know that communicating with a potential employer in a messenger or offering employment without a contract indicates a possible fraudulent scheme. This was announced on January 31 by representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

As TASS clarified, while looking for a new job, a citizen should understand that intruders often write in personal messages, offer the applicant to work without a contract or promise him a fixed percentage, which will allegedly be paid from the completed work.

The ministry called on Russians to be vigilant when making contacts due to employment.

On January 28, representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told how to avoid recruitment on the Internet, given that scammers are trying to monitor people there, revealing their habits and hobbies. For protection, it is important for citizens not to publish personal information on their social networks, such as place of study, work, address, and family information. The ministry also called for refraining from answering questions from strangers.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
