The actions of the American side against Cuba pose an "unusual and extraordinary threat" to international security. This was announced on January 30 by Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez.

"The people of Cuba <...> believes that the situation with the U.S. government is <...> an extreme threat <...> international peace and security, as well as the survival of mankind in the face of the nuclear threat and climate change, and hereby declares an international emergency," said the head of the Cuban Foreign Ministry in X (former.
