In the Pskov region, in 2025, the short-term plan for the overhaul of apartment buildings (MCD) was fulfilled by 97%. The Pskov news feed was informed about this by the capital repair fund of the region.

In total, the short-term plan for 2025 included the overhaul of 181 structural elements in 130 houses. Contractors have repaired 176 elements in 126 houses, which is 97.24% of the planned volume.

The foundation clarifies that 83 roofs, 29 facades, 14 cold and eight hot water supply systems, 16 drainage systems, five heat supply systems, 12 power supply systems, one foundation, two basements have been put in order. In addition, 10 elevators in six buildings were replaced.
