Sales of cars of the Russian brand Sollers decreased by 22%

Last year, 10.3 thousand new cars of the Russian brand Sollers were sold in Russia, which is 22% less than a year earlier. This was reported on January 30 by the analytical agency Autostat.

According to him, almost 73% of this volume accounted for light commercial vehicles (LCVs), and more than a quarter (26.5%) — for pickups. Trucks and buses took up the remaining share.

The light commercial vehicles of the Atlant family became the best-selling cars of the brand, they occupied a share of 55.5% in the sales structure (5713 units). The second most popular place was occupied by ST6 pickups (2,000 units), and the third place was occupied by low—tonnage trucks of the Argo family (1,221 units).

Next in terms of sales were ST8 and ST9 pickups (607 and 106 units, respectively), SF1 cargo and passenger vans (562 units), SA9 buses (35 units), TR series medium-duty trucks (34 units) and SP7 minivans (19 units).

Earlier, on January 28, Sollers announced the start of accepting orders for a new seven-seat passenger minivan Sollers SF1, its price starts from 2.25 million rubles. The car is 5.1 m long and 1.9 m high. The interior of a minivan with a configuration 2+2+3 It is designed for six passengers.

At the same time, it became known that the launch of mass production of the Sollers S9 SUV at the site of the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ) is scheduled for late August — early September. The Sollers SUV is based on the Chinese JAC T9 pickup truck.
