Radiy Khabirov urged residents of Bashkiria to do everything for victory

The Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, instructed to form a separate unit in the structure of the regional government's office within a month — the Department for Support of participants in a special military operation (SVO) and their family members. He also set the task of creating a single digital platform for planning and analyzing support measures for his participants and their loved ones.

The instructions were given on January 30 during Khabirov's annual address to the State Assembly — the Kurultai of the Republic, which was mainly devoted to supporting the participants of the SVR and their families.

"We have reached the stage of confrontation where now only strength, only the steadfastness and courage of Russian soldiers will ensure a peaceful and safe life for us and our descendants. That's why we need to do everything to win now. And to win in such a difficult confrontation, we need the full mobilization of our society. Unity of everyone," the head of the region emphasized.

A separate section of the message was devoted to the topic of missing servicemen. Khabirov noted the need to create a permanent working group to find them and a contact office for relatives to contact. In addition, he instructed to prepare a decree of the head of the republic on measures to perpetuate the military and labor exploits of the inhabitants of the region during their military service, form a commission with the participation of archival organizations, the creative community, the media and military personnel, as well as identify sources of funding and begin designing memorials to the heroes of the special operation.

The message also noted the organization of anti-sabotage protection of strategic enterprises of Bashkiria. The head of the region instructed to prepare proposals on expanding the list of protected facilities and submit them at the next meeting of the operational headquarters. In addition, Khabirov noted that Bashkortostan has become one of the centers of competence for unmanned aircraft and electronic warfare and entered the top three of the "dronification" rating of the regions. Over the past two years, more than 10,000 drones have been sent to the free zone, and the head of the republic instructed to increase the volume of UAV supplies to the troops by 50% from April 1.

Speaking about personnel programs, Khabirov said that the republic has a regional program "Heroes of Bashkortostan" — in continuation of the presidential project "Time of Heroes": 70 selected participants are undergoing training and internships, some have already been employed in municipalities and budget organizations. He also called on political parties to include their members in the list of candidates for elections to the State Duma and the Ufa City Council.

"I think it would be fair if the candidates for deputies included participants in a special military operation," Khabirov stressed.
